What is my definition of success?
My definition of sucess is being able to make a difference, and bring value to the company I work for by being a productive, and creative employee.
Am I a team player or individual contributor?
I am able to be either a team player or work on my own. I really enjoy working with people, but I also need the time to perform the job that I have been hired to perform.
What are my three (3) greatest work accomplishments?
- Redesign the University of Denver's Business & Financial Affairs websites for better usability and organization.
- Create Web Based Training (WBT) & Instructor Led Training (ILT) courses using various tools, such as, Robo Demo.
- Determined and translated expectations into precise specifications in order to clarify project deliverables, define schedule, and perform tasks.
